If they are raising the dept limit at all, it is unacceptable. There is so much that they can cut NOW to make up for it. Extras, get the united nations out of our country it is a waist of money. We are the ones paying for it. Stop sending money to almost every country in the world.Make the Congress and Senate go on the same medical and any other things they pass as well as the president. Stop road work, in short stop all extras and pay your bills. Cut all of their wages, they are not doing a good job. Get rid of food stamps, unemployed extensions. Every stupid study on the books. Nasa we should not be worrying about other places in the universe when we cannot watch over the one we have. Get ALL illegals out of our country, our gov.has committed treason against America and American citizens by not protecting us from foreign invasion, Stop ALL immigration we do not know who we are letting in. Also we do not have jobs now. There is so much more. GOD BLESS AMERICA.

I agree with Sharen. There is absolutely no reason our country is so far in the whole except through the greed, corruption, croyism, and rewards to the favored campaign donors that every member in Congress and our presidents, especially Obama, are guilty of. They all need to be impeached, sent to prision for a long, long time and those with honesty, courage and common sense need to step up to re-educate the apathetic, stupid, and lazy people of this country into taking responsibility again for themselves, their families, and their own communities.

Interesting that Sharen doesn't mention insisting that corporations pay their share of taxes and not move their operations to off-shore tax havens, or cutting military spending. Instead, let the county's infrastructure go to hell, fire all the federal employees, and gut our ability to conduct foreign policy. Angels and ministers of grace, defend us.
