THIS BILL HR 1932 IS UNHUMANE TO KEEP PEOPLE IN JAIL FOR EVER CAUSE THERE COUNTRIES WONT ACCEPT THEM HOW IS THAT A FAULT OF THE DETAINEES THIS BILL IS DRACONIAN AND HOPEFULLY DOES NOT PASS

I agree with Masia. If a person has paid their crime with the sentence determined by state or federal prisons.. why continue to hold a person just because their country does not accept them. And this is supposed to be a country of human rights?????? Seems like USA does more inhuman things than 3rd world countries do. I pray that this bill is not passed and that everyone be given a second chance.
