Typical move to benefit big business in this Bill. Exclude "for-profit" Companies from application, I mean where the heck would we get such ideas anyway.

Including only non-profits, Academia and Govt. Labs and etc. only does one thing that I can see; spend those Grant $$ on research that only gets sold or handed over to the big Companies that can afford to pay for the Technology; if it ever gets brought out at all.

Don't get me wrong; I'm all for the Technology and moving ahead with Hydrokinetics. It's what we have been working on for the past 5+ years; all out of pocket and we need help but can we qualify for a Grant or get considered on our own? Not likely and if there was a Grant to apply for you have to have a significant owner contribution which puts small guys like us out of the park again.

Our goal is to put people to work, and we could if we can get to the finish line, but without help or a means to do it it's pretty much a dead end. THX
