I oppose S 1542 - Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.

All Title IV funding MUST stop. CPS is obtaining federal funding fraudulently to steal children from innocent parent's. No services are given before children are placed in foster care and relatives are NOT being allowed custody of these children. Children are being illegally adopted and their father's rights never terminated. CPS falsify's report's and perjure themselves in court, with no repercussion's. Evidence proving innocence is NOT allowed in court and the parent's are NOT allowed to speak. CPS is pulling the wool over the federal government's eyes as well as everybody elses. Federal funding should only be given for families kept together. Not for families torn apart by the deceitful practices of CPS. Wake up and smell the coffee. You are being scammed by CPS!

This MUST not pass. Along with children being harmed and killed under CPS watch, this allows Family Court Judges to continue their TOTAL disregard for the Constitional Rights of WE THE PEOPLE. I have been kicked out of my home for over 33 months and my kids have been left in harms way. DYFS and NJ Family Courts are BROKEN. PLEASE STOP FUNDING THE MADNESS!

I'm living the nightmare the cps need to stop stealing our children and destroying families what is the wrong with Washington State stop cps and there life of kidnapping children no more funding take these workers and put them in prison for crimes against children and family the reason were in debt is because the money to fund these cps workers should go to fund the families of this state I well stand a fight with all that are working to stop these kidnappers
