December 21, 2009, 12:56pm (report abuse)My son requires 24/7 to live because he was stabbed in prison. He earned SS before he was incarcerated. It is unjust to punish him and others that have EARNED SS benefits.

February 8, 2010, 11:44pm (report abuse)This bill of not allowing payments to people who think about crime-would help deter crimes. Why pay someone in Jail-when they are getting everyday necessarties--shelter, and food.
