March 4, 2009, 12:44pm (report abuse)This bill is bad, bad, bad. It forces the abortion provider to do the same level of care as other abdominal surgery. Not only that, but it allows (but doesn't require) the woman to make an informed choice!

The Abortion Industry, is a Big Money Making Machine, and Young Mother's need to make informed decisions, before they Kill an Innocent Life
