November 15, 2010, 9:49am (report abuse)There needs to be strict oversight of the funds. As I understand it the BIA does not take any acdtion on agreements or contracdts that are given to Indian tribes. At this point we taxpayers can't afford to throw money to anyone without knowing how it's used.
