I am a federal retiree. Getting a 2 & 3% cost of living increases once a year does not keep up with inflation especially in light of health coverage costs taking up the increase. I don't think congress should automatically get annual increases considering their pay level. I'm sure their cost of living is greater than mine, but what is the percent of increase for them? Is is the same as all federal employees?
