the bill is another dtv ripoff cosponsored by rep hinchey my antenna is 30yrs old and i receive signals a good antenna is needed but the real problem the signal is limited *transponders or boosters towers are needed unfortunately never were considered a cost about 14K this bill needless millions + cable friendly sponsors want to take over OTA signals ,build the transponders and give back the free tv stolen by congress and their cable and dish buddies.and stick the $10 retd
