Just what our country needs, more legislation aimed to solve a non-existant problem based on the fantasies of zealots. God forbid we spend this same amount of effort putting crminals in prison and keeping them there!

Another effort to control an imaginary problem.

There are very few people who would disagree with JUST a background check to purchase a firearm at a guns show. but this bill goes way beyond that.

There is no loophole. ATF requires that all transactions be called in at the time of purchase for clearance AND that if the state has a "waiting Period" that the gun be held by a local FFL dealer until it has passed before the weapon can be picked up.

Obviously, the people that write these stupid bills don't even bother to go to gun shows.
