August 22, 2008, 1:51pm (report abuse)Volunteerism is America. Everyone needs to contact their Congressman to promote this bill. Business gets 58.5 cents and volunteers get 14 cents. With today's gas prices a change is needed.

September 16, 2008, 5:02pm (report abuse)This bill needs to pass! Volunteer based transportation organizations need this to pass in order to continue service. If this is not passed, then regional transportation districts ADA paratransit services may becomed overwhelmed!
