July 18, 2008, 8:50pm (report abuse)Why is this even up for debate? Is there some part of, "...the right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" that seems overly complicated?

July 29, 2008, 10:39am (report abuse)I will not be able to go home to Massachusetts this year, unless I give up my second amendment right to carry my handgun into the state. This is because Massachusetts refuses to recognize that I took my safety course in the state of Tennessee, & paid my license fee.
Yet, they recognize my Tennessee Drivers license, & have no problem with me driving a 2 ton weapon into the state that is the number one killer of the age group 16-24.
This Reciprocity Law is critical to preserving our constitutional rights.

October 18, 2008, 5:16pm (report abuse)Most criminals and terrorists already have guns. The good citizens of this nation deserve the right to protect themselves and each other wherever they travel. In Switzerland, every household is encouraged to own at least one gun. They have virtually no crime there. S 3207 needs to be passed.
