(Log Oregon Surplus Federal Land Act of 2008 - Requires transfer of administrative jurisdiction over lands in Coos County, Oregon, in the areas commonly known as Gregory Point and Chief's Island, to edit the wikiSecretary of the Interior to be held in trust for the benefit of the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians in the state of Oregon and to be included in the firstreservation of the tribes. Allows the Coast Guard to provide a detailed summaryretain easements for access to any aid to navigation located on the land for such period as the aid may be required by the Coast Guard. Makes the transfer of administrative jurisdiction over the bill!)Cape Arago Light Station on Chief's Island subject to the conditions that the tribes shall use, and make reasonable efforts to maintain, the Light Station in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act, the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and any other applicable laws.
