The grant for 2008 was $57 million now they are proposing $550 million over a 4 year period plus and additional $125 million after 2013. This is a significant jump in government spending and with our national deficit we need to be cutting back not finding new and more creative ways to bankrupt ourselves. All of the bills we see coming out of Washington are spending and none are for saving, this is the fundamental problem.
