The federal govt must be the ones to set Internet rules/regulations and sanctions against the global freedom of Search Engines;whereby individuals privacy is being exposed/abused You tube recuits terrorists in USA, etc. court cases of kidnapped minors are displayed on web sites-freedom/abuse is rampant out of control. Govt can't expect parents teachers to stop this. Taje charge the way China govt has w/tough laws and jail time for I-abusers.
