Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire from willing sellers by donation, purchase, or exchange land, water, or interests in land and water, within the area identified on the map entitled &quot;Proposed Tarpon Basin Boundary Revision&quot; and dated May 2008, to be added to the firstPark.
