July 6, 2008, 4:25pm (report abuse)I worry this is just another "Fake attempt" at cleaning up the environment and moving toward less energy dependence on foreign souirces. Even if it does pass, will it be funded?? Probably not. Politicians (Rep. & Dem) don't really want energy independence as they are not getting a cut from all sectors at this time and all sectors are not under the control of the politicians "Buddies."
