RequiresProhibits the Secretary to terminatefrom issuing any new grazing lease waived and permanently retirewithin the associated grazing allotment (or allotment portion) fromcovered by the lease and requires the Secretary to ensure a permanent end to livestock grazing use.on the allotment covered by the lease.
Allows an landownera lessee with a grazing lease for a grazing allotment partially within the Monument to elect to donate only that portion of the lease.
