July 8, 2008, 2:17pm (report abuse)This bill will place the parcels under one common ownership that will help with the seemless management of the proposed Auger Fall Park. The primary land was purchased by the city to protect the area against future development. The city plans to create wetlands and develope access to a strech of the river that had previously been privately owned.
