April 19, 2008, 11:20pm (report abuse)As our eloquent war leader G. Bush once stated, "Bring it on.. ." In this instance it happens to be starvation, illness, and civil violence. Being the head guy he should be held accountable. It is hard to imagine a sicker decision than turning food stuffs into fuel.
