I favor passage of this bill.

Dog-fighting is an inhumane practice.

Yes to this bill!Not only is dog-fighting inhumane its grotesque!Spectators and all should be held accountable!

what about breeders!??This would make it a felony for someone to merely breed dogs like pitbulls.Of course if they are intended for fighitgn ppurposes but how is anyone gonna prove that??I think a lot of innocent ppl will be persecuted just for continuing the pitbull breed.No to this bill!!Its already a felony in every state of the union!!
