Detailed Summary

ITFA Extension Act of 2007 - Amends the Internet Tax Freedom Act to extend until November 1, 2011: (1) the ban on state taxation of Internet access and on multiple or discriminatory taxes on electronic commerce; and (2) provisions allowing states with Internet tax laws enacted prior to the ban to continue enforcing such laws.
