The Second Amendment is an individual right that applies to ALL Americans regardless of where you live, and it would seem to me that our nation's capital should strive to set a better example! Wouldn't it seem logical that if your Constitutional Rights don't apply in Washington D.C. then they damn sure would not apply anywhere else on U.S. soil?!

Brian.....All Americans indeed regardless of where you live...ever heard of no taxation without representation? I think the people of DC deserve representation in Congress too.
