Detailed Summary

<b>(This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the Senate on September 19, 2007. The summary of that version is repeated here.)</b>

Amends the District of Columbia Access Act of 1999 to authorize the public school and private school tuition assistance programs established under the Act through FY2012.

Redefines the term &quot;eligible student&quot; under such Act to include an individual from a family with a taxable annual income of less than $1 million.
