John. F. Kennedy Center Reauthorization Act of 20072008 - Amends the John F. Kennedy Center Act to authorizeallow the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy for the Performing Arts (the Board) to study, plan, design, engineer, and construct a photovoltaic system for the main roof of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Requires the Board, no later than 60 days before beginning construction of the system, to report on the feasibility and design of such project. Authorizes appropriations for such system.

Authorizes appropriations for FY2008-FY2010FY2008-FY2012 to the Board for: (1) maintenance, repair, and security; and (2) capital projects; and (3) the photovoltaic system.projects.

Prohibits anything in this Act from being construed to limitlimiting or affectotherwise affecting the authority or responsibility of the National Capital Planning Commission noror the Commission of Fine Arts.
