Detailed Summary

Amends the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to allow a former officer or employee of the Office of Compliance to be appointed to serve on its Board of Directors.

Permits the individuals serving, as of the enactment of this Act, as Executive Director, Deputy Executive Directors, and General Counsel of the Office to serve one additional term.
