This is one lousy piece of legislation that will do little, if nothing to reduce or deter gang-related crime and protect communities. All it will succeed in doing is further empowering the government over the law-abiding public and implementing more backdoor gun control.
Hey, you know your local gun club would be considered a "gang" under this? You know a hunting party might be as well?
Oh yea, good thing THIS wasn't law back in 1774 otherwise there would be no USA!
The unintended consequences of this bill are phenomenal!
Where does this tyranny and raping of the Constitution end? How did these politicians keep a straight face when taking the oath?
