Detailed Summary
Expanding Availability of VA Health Care Act of 2008 - Makes eligible for health care under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) patient enrollment system those veterans whose incomes do not exceed 150% of the maximum for treatment as a low-income family. (Currently, only veterans whose incomes do not exceed the maximum for treatment as a low-income family are so eligible.)
