Detailed Summary

Equality in Medicare Advantage Payment Act of 2008 - Amends part C (Medicare Advantage) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make budget-neutral adjustments in payments to Medicare+Choice organizations to reduce the variation in Medicare Advantage payment rates among counties in the same state within a very large metropolitan area.
