This is like a breath of fresh air. I have had two tumors (soft tissue sarcomas) each of a different type. The VA says it is service connected but only gave me 10% disability for loss of a organ. This last tumor took alot out of me, and now I find myself having to prove it all over again. I think they like playing games with people's lives! This bill is good, but it is going to open up a can of worms with no end.

As a commander I need the ability to fully trust the medical system. There are no checks and balances and I need fully capable Soldiers who do not need to mistrust the system.
