Detailed Summary

Human Rights Commission Act of 2007<i> [sic]</i> - Establishes the Human Rights Commission which shall monitor U.S. compliance with all international human rights treaties to which the United States is a party (including treaties to which the United States becomes a party after the date of the enactment of this Act).
