The Nihilist
June 18, 2008, 4:09pm (report abuse)This Legislation is crazy and dangerous. The Neuroscience Lobby seeks 100,000,000 Guinea Pigs ?
So the Findings of the Congress are that 100,000,000 Americans have shrinking brains does make a lot of Sense to you ?
My personal findings are that Congressmen who vote for this do have indeed shrinking brains, as they will indeed at some point not be excluded from the List of Guinea Pigs.
Do not vote for this Bill. Be a Patriot and think about the future of your children.
