the firstSecretary of Veterans Affairs to provide comprehensive health care coverage through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for a detailed summarychild of a Vietnam veteran who is suffering from spina bifida. (Current law requires the Secretary to provide such child such health care as the Secretary determines is needed by the child for the bill!)spina bifida or any disability that is associated with such condition.)
