July 14, 2008, 5:55pm (report abuse)There are already fire management plans - it would just be nice if radical environmentalism didn't get in the way of them. Let FireSafe Councils, Forestry and Fire Fighting Professionals do what they are highly trained to do (to prevent wildland fires) and skilled to do without creating more legal hoops for them to jump through in the aftermath. Sidenote - how about we start enforcing landowner responsibilities to prevent ignition sources!
