Detailed Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the heading of a specified chemical to provide for the temporary suspension of duty, through December 31, 2009, on 9,10-Anthraquinone, 2-t-amyl (CAS No. 32588-54-8) and 9,10-Anthraquinone, 2-iso-amyl (CAS No. 68892-28-4). Provides for the liquidation or reliquidation (refund of duties) on such chemicals that entered into the United States after December 31, 2006, and before the 15th day after enactment of this Act.
