Applies certain prohibitions of that Act to providesuch product article.
Provides that, if a detailed summary ofmanufacturer modifies a children's product or child care article that contains a phthalate to comply with such ban, it shall: (1) use an alternative to phthalates that is the bill!)least toxic; and (2) not use any of specified prohibited alternatives to phthalates.
