RESGITERED NURSES ARE REGISTERED PERIOD. THEY MAY ONLY HAVE GRADUATED FROM A DIPLOMA PROGRAM BUT THEY MET THE STANDARD TO TAKE THEIR REGISTRATION AND ARE ABLE TO BE REIMBURSED. THIS SHOULD APPLY TO REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS. REGISTERED ONLY TO BE ABLE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR EITHER PROFESSION PERIOD.

Lucy you have to start somewhere. Setting the standard high is a plus to the profession and part of the political process. This bills is not a statement on the abilities of crt's but an attempt to make the bill appeal to more members of congress. Also if one of us benefits all of us benefit is the veiw of the profession as a whole.
