Detailed Summary
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey to the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District, without consideration, specified federal land administered by the Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service in Riverside, California, contingent on the District's agreeing to: (1) use the property for land conservation and related research and to make the property available to other public agencies engaged in similar activities; and (2) permit the Natural Resources Conservation Service to continue to occupy and use that part of the property known as Buildings B and D.
