Detailed Summary

Federal Judicial Salary Restoration Act of 2007 - Increases the salaries of certain federal judges and Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Amends Public Law 97-92 (the joint resolution making further continuing appropriations for FY1982), as amended by the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002, to repeal the prohibition on salary increases for such officials.
