Detailed Summary

Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network Act of 2007 - Amends the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to: (1) direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network to provide behavioral health programs to participants in the agricultural sector in Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin; and (2) provide grants to states for Network pilot projects.
