October 26, 2007, 11:57am (report abuse)Did you even read this bill before you made your comments? The Republcans are in favor of a ban on taxes on internet access and want this ban to be PERMANENT. The Democrats are in favor of a limited ban lasting a few years, at which time congress will have to go through this whole debate again.
