Detailed Summary
Providing Electronic Resources and Prosecutors Act of 2007 - Amends the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 to include as required uses of grant funds under such Act: (1) the hiring of additional prosecutors to prosecute more cases and to reduce backlogs; and (2) the funding of technology, equipment, and training for prosecutors and law enforcement to increase accurate identification of gang members and violent offenders and to maintain databases with such information.
