I'm interested in reading the comments from people for and against the bill.

This is a no brainer bill, that would greatly help the citizens who answered the call of duty on 9/11. Many have just recently experienced health issues, due to toxic inhalation.
Keep in mind that in NYC the workers were told there was no health concerns regarding air-quality, but in the Pentagon mandatory air-masks were issued.

The details of how much this bill will cost needs to be worked out & assure that only those in real need gets cared for.
If there is no fat on this bill, it should be signed by every member of Congress, immediately.
