January 10, 2008, 1:59pm (report abuse)I am disabled and would like to see Title III revised to require 90 days notice. This would put forward a betty community acceptance of the disabled. I have been trying to get our local city to put forward a survay of business using the check list provided by the ADA. This could be the notification factor prior to bringing any legal action.
