November 28, 2008, 8:47pm (report abuse)My husband passed in 2005 after being service connected with a disability for over 50 years - his disability was 100% initially - then 60% for several years and finally back to 100% in 1998. I was denied DIC because of the 10 years regulation. If this bill is passed, would this cover widows like me? I'm disabled and really depended on his compensation payments. Please keep us informed on this piece of legislation.
