Isn't it a sad day in our country when a bill has to be passed to treat those patriots who serve our country with dignity and compassion. I, and many others, would really like to know who comes up with these types of diagnosis. And from what I read, 22,000 have been discharged since 2001 with it. 'They, whoever they are, should be punished criminally because 'they' have committed a crime against their own country and people.
