Detailed Summary

Responsible Security in Iraq Act - Prohibits fund use to: (1) train the Iraqi Security Forces (as defined by this Act); or (2) sell or otherwise transfer arms to the Iraqi Security Forces unless specifically authorized by an Act of Congress enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act.

Fund these "security forces" with American tax dollars and just sit back and watch as history repeats itself. Leave us not forget, the Shiites, AND the Sunnis both hate our "imperialist" guts!
