USMC-Sgt,veteran of 7 years. I can not believe anyone would vote against permanent benefits for the veterans. Only Nazis, Communists or Terrorists would work to demoralize the military. You should only allow former vets to vote on this-- especially those of us who were actually shot at!

I couldn't agree more. Veterans should have access to these benefits for life. Many of us are lost and a bit confused about what to do after the service and 10 years goes by very fast. I only had access to a small portion of the gi bill benefits and would love to finish my degree. Can we do anything to get involved and push this along? If anyone wants to contact me about this and do something, email me at steveruss@comcast.net
