March 16, 2008, 10:27pm (report abuse)Go figure! The people who were hoping this bill would pass, are probably now deceased. It is ashame the people we elect do not appear to work for us!

December 30, 2008, 4:20pm (report abuse)My husband died exactly when the 5 month period was over....something is not right with this 5 month wait...we're talking pretty big bucks to someone not working. Shame on the government. I understand there is fraud, but faking a terminal illness...not very easy, especially after you're dead.
