Common Sense
It is ridiculous to try to claim that somebody else's mental capacity is less than 18 (13 is the true age of adulthood, but that's beside the point). Of course, nobody can see how stupid this is, because we're so used to thinking this stupidly.

What is ridculous is this comment; you need to read what is trying to be accomplished; which is that the mentally ill will be provided the amber alert and treated as a child that they are, thank you
